Job summary

Tony Innaimo Transport, an Australian-owned leading transport and logistics business, seeks an Operations Supervisor for the Berrinba, QLD branch. The role runs Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm with overtime available, and focuses on hands-on leadership to meet day-to-day floor requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising 2-3 depot staff, loading/unloading of interstate and local fleet, manifesting Linehaul loads via the TMS, and essential freight scanning and stocktakes using PDA scanners.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Previous experience using Transvirtual will be highly regarded.

• Scanning inbound and outbound freight.

The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join the PM Operations team at our Berrinba, QLD branch.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm – with overtime available. This position will suit someone who prefers a hands‑on approach and is not afraid to work with the team to ensure the general day-to-day requirements on the floor are met.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Supervising 2-3 depot staff

• Loading and unloading of interstate and local fleet

• Putting together Linehaul drivers’ paperwork and ability to manifest loads via our TMS

• Scanning of inbound and outbound freight

• Checking off inbound manifest

• Stocktakes via PDA floor scans
