Job summary

Tony Innaimo Transport, an Australian-owned leading transport and logistics business, seeks an Operations Supervisor for the Berrinba, QLD branch. The role runs Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm with overtime available, and focuses on hands-on leadership to meet day-to-day floor requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising 2-3 depot staff, loading/unloading of interstate and local fleet, manifesting Linehaul loads via the TMS, and essential freight scanning and stocktakes using PDA scanners.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Previous experience using Transvirtual will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Supervising 2-3 depot staff.
• Loading and unloading interstate and local fleet.
• Assembling Linehaul drivers’ paperwork and manifesting loads via our TMS.
• Scanning inbound and outbound freight.
• Checking inbound manifests.
• Stocktakes via PDA floor scans.
