• Experienced supervisor with transport and logistics background.
• Knowledge of safety, health and environment legislation.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiencies and improve delivery of collection runs.
• Develop and mentor a collaborative, efficient team.
• Coordinate day-to-day driver run scheduling.
• Ensure pre-start, post-run and maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Lead high levels of customer service and resolve service issues.
• Consult with management on operational targets.
• Enforce NHVR regulations.
• Coordinate incident investigations and ride-alongs.
• Prepare reports on labour efficiencies and costs.
• Lead performance management investigations and outcomes.
