In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, leading a small team, and ensuring safe, efficient, and productive site performance. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities who enjoys leading from the front and driving a positive team culture.
While experience in operations or the waste industry is advantageous, we are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate excellent leadership skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to learn new systems and processes. Experience operating yellow gear plant and relevant machinery tickets are highly desirable and will be viewed favourably.
