Job summary

The Senior Project Officer, Shared Services, Operations at UNSW Sydney drives operational efficiencies across Lifelong Learning by coordinating external workforce engagements, including SOWs, duties, and casual staffing processes. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating operational workflows in a complex environment.
• Experience managing external workforce coordination and vendor engagements.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management and milestone reporting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level project, operational and administrative support to Operations Managers across UNSW Online and Short Courses.
• Coordinate external workforce engagements, vendor arrangements and third-party staffing processes across Lifelong Learning.
• Support annual and ongoing planning with budgets, forecasts and milestones.
• Maintain and improve operational systems, tools and knowledge management resources.
• Monitor deliverables, risks and dependencies with governance and compliance in mind.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and prepare briefing materials.
• Promote a collaborative, service-focused team culture aligned with UNSW values.
