Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering operational, administrative and project coordination in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle, milestone reporting and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a service-focused team.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-level program, course, project and operational support to the Operations Manager and UNSW Online team.
• Coordinate end-to-end planning, scheduling and stakeholder engagement for Lifelong Learning projects.
• Maintain monitoring and reporting for risks, issues and costs with timely escalation.
• Drive process improvements and develop streamlined tools and templates.
• Support meeting coordination, minutes, briefing materials and action tracking.
