Job summary

SYPAQ Systems seeks an Operations Officer to manage bid, win and delivery of ATG projects, coordinate teams, and support the Technical Director with project administration and performance reporting.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, Science or Business, experience in defense projects, and Australian citizenship with NV2 clearance. Strong organizational and contract management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
• ICT, Engineering or Defence project experience.
• Experience in supporting project delivery and/or business operations.
• Proven experience in scoping and managing projects without direct line authority.
• Ability to secure NV2 clearance (Australian citizen).

Responsibilities

• Establishing new Contracts and Projects – Project initiation.
• Monitoring, review and reporting of ongoing project performance – Project Delivery.
• Ensuring quality delivery of services to clients, on time, within scope and budget – Quality Management.
• Delivering project administration and records per client requirements and SYPAQ's QMS.
• Bid development support: administration of bid requirements, writing and reviewing bid content, pricing support.
• Corporate services: assist Technical Director with business performance and financial reports.
