Job summary

SYPAQ is seeking an Operations Officer to join the Defence Program Management Services. Based in Port Melbourne, VIC, this role will manage the delivery of Advanced Technology Group projects, coordinate teams, and report on performance to the Technical Director and ATG Project Managers.

Responsibilities include contract initiation, project delivery oversight, quality management, bid administration, pricing support, and financial reporting. Australian citizenship with NV2 eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
• ICT, Engineering or Defence project experience.
• Experience in supporting project delivery and/or business operations.
• Proven experience in scoping, implementing and managing projects without direct line authority.

Responsibilities

• Managing identification, bid, win and delivery of ATG projects.
• Provide project administration, team coordination and reporting.
• Support bid requirements, pricing and content development.
