Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in transport, logistics or allocator/dispatch role.
• Ability to manage live operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with transport/tracking systems (TransVirtual highly regarded).
• Understanding of fatigue and compliance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily fleet work and plan runsheets.
• Monitor live operations and manage disruptions.
• Liaise with drivers on start times, routes and changes.
• Communicate ETAs and delays to customers.
• Book outsourced transport as required.
• Maintain fatigue management and compliance.
