Lending Association is seeking an organised Operations Officer to support day-to-day operations, coordinate workflows and maintain records across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to support operational activities, improve processes, and help create a seamless experience for both employees and customers.

Support the smooth day-to-day running of the business and office
Coordinate operational processes, systems and workflows
Build strong relationships across the business and provide responsive support to staff
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Maintain accurate records, documentation and operational registers
Assist with the development of policies, procedures and process documentation
Support staff onboarding, training and adoption of operational systems
Monitor workflows and help resolve operational issues as they arise
Assist with business improvement projects and operational initiatives
Support the testing, implementation and enhancement of systems, workflows and technology solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support business objectives and growth
Prepare operational reports, dashboards and management information
Maintain data integrity across business systems and databases
Manage document control, filing and record-keeping requirements
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience (1-2 years) in an operations, administration, business support or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a team environment
Previous experience within the lending, finance or mortgage broking industry (preferred)
