Job summary

TRL Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of TRL's competitions, programs and events. You will manage adult and junior competitions, coordinate staff and referees, and support TRL Juniors and Billy's Buddies programs while driving growth and improved customer experience.

The role requires hands-on involvement across administration, people management, program delivery and event planning with a flexible, proactive approach to evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in sports management, operations and business growth.
• Experience in management, coaching, customer service or sport.
• Strong organisational and multi-priority management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and work with staff and coaches.
• Hands-on approach to day-to-day delivery of programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of TRL competitions, including adult and junior competitions.
• Coordinate staff, coaches and referees, including recruitment, onboarding, rostering and ongoing management.
• Manage administration and customer service associated with competitions and programs.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of TRL programs, including TRL Juniors and Billy’s Buddies.
• Support planning and delivery of TRL events, including Elite Events and other events.
• Contribute to revenue and growth, including increasing participation and improving retention.
• Take on other operational projects and responsibilities as needed.
