Job summary

North West Disability Services (NWDS) is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to drive service delivery across our network. You will lead a team of Site Managers, translate strategy into practical outcomes and ensure outstanding participant support on a daily basis.

You will oversee performance, lead change initiatives, and identify growth opportunities while upholding NDIS Practice Standards and organisational requirements.

• Proven track record of cost-effective operations and financial oversight.
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS sector.

As our Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind service delivery across NWDS. You'll lead a team of passionate leaders, turn big-picture strategy into practical outcomes, and help ensure our participants receive exceptional support every day.

One minute you might be coaching a Site Manager, the next you're reviewing operational performance, leading a change project, solving a complex challenge or identifying the next opportunity for growth.
