Adaptalift Truck Rentals in Dry Creek, SA, is seeking an experienced Operations professional to oversee daily truck rental operations in South Australia, report to the General Manager, and support customer growth and business development. The role emphasizes fleet coordination, hire preparation, and compliance.

Competenze

• Experience managing operations in fleet, hire, transport or mechanical services.
• Strong understanding of equipment preparation, returns, inspections, servicing and compliance.
• HR licence minimum with willingness to upgrade to HC.
• Confident working with customers, suppliers, contractors and dealer networks.
• Comfortable supporting sales activities such as following up leads, preparing quotes and attending new business meetings.
• Able to work autonomously and manage competing operational priorities.

About The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will oversee daily operations for the ATR truck rental business in South Australia, while also supporting customer growth and business development activity. The role has a strong operational focus, with responsibility across equipment returns, hire preparation, customer handovers, compliance, maintenance coordination and support with local sales leads and enquiries.

• Manage equipment returns, inspections, reporting, damage records and end of hire reconciliation

About You
