Job summary

ARC - The Australian Reinforcing Company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee Sydney's Glendenning site, Australia's largest manufacturing operation, with a strong focus on safety and meeting production targets. You will report to the NSW Area Manager and play a key role in expanding and enhancing existing skills.

• Take full P&L responsibility for the Glendenning operation, with accountability for revenue, gross margin, operating costs, working capital and overall branch financial performance
• Lead the daily operational performance of the site across production, logistics, scheduling and service execution
• Set and deliver production, volume, service, cost and financial targets, ensuring performance is aligned with the branch budget and business strategy
• Manage and mentor the operations team, creating a high-performing culture through clear accountability, performance management and leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements, productivity initiatives and cost efficiencies to improve profitability

As the Operations Manager at Glendenning's ARC site, you will be ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Sydney's largest manufacturing operation while maintaining a strong focus on safety and meeting production targets.

Reporting directly to the NSW Area Manager, this position offers an excellent chance to expand and enhance existing skills.
