Job summary

InfraBuild ARC site in Sydney's Glendenning area is seeking an Operations Manager to drive the largest manufacturing operation and uphold safety and production targets.

You will own the full P&L, lead production, logistics, scheduling and service, and mentor a high-performing team while delivering continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing full P&L or significant operational budget.
• Ability to translate financial targets into actionable operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with cost, productivity, inventory experience.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Solid exposure to production, maintenance, logistics and planning.
• Knowledge of safety systems and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Take full P&L responsibility for Glendenning operation and budget.
• Lead daily operations across production, logistics, scheduling and service.
• Set targets for production, volume, service, costs and revenue.
• Mentor the operations team to build a high-performing culture.
• Identify process improvements to boost profitability and efficiency.
• Oversight of maintenance planning and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial to grow revenue.
• Manage inventory and working capital to protect margin.
• Monitor key P&L drivers and drive corrective actions.
• Contribute to site and area strategic decisions.
• Champion safety-first culture and compliance.
