The Operations Manager will lead and optimise the delivery of multidisciplinary projects across the energy, oil & gas and mining sectors.
Key accountabilities include:
Combining strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major projects and tenders, the role will strengthen project performance, improve operational efficiency and support sustainable business growth. The position will drive delivery excellence through improved project controls, quality assurance, resource optimisation and best-practice operational processes. It will also play a key role in increasing tender success rates, securing new opportunities and further strengthening client relationships.
