Our client is a highly regarded multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with an established presence across Australia and New Zealand, delivering innovative, sustainable engineering solutions across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, infrastructure and residential projects.

As part of an exciting Queensland expansion, they are seeking exceptional leaders across Civil, Structural, Electrical and Fire Engineering to establish and grow their Brisbane teams.

The Opportunity You'll be responsible for growing your engineering discipline across Queensland by developing client relationships, securing new projects and building a high-performing local team.

Supported by an established multidisciplinary business, your focus will be on business development, leadership and technical excellence while helping shape the future of the company's Queensland operations.

About You

We're looking for experienced consulting engineers who have:

• RPEQ registration (essential)
• 10+ years' consulting engineering experience
• Strong technical capability within Civil, Structural, Electrical or Fire Engineering
• An established network across the Queensland market
• Proven business development capability and commercial acumen
• Leadership experience or the ambition to build and mentor a team
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business
