Job summary

Adaptalift Truck Rentals in Adelaide is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily truck rental activities across South Australia, coordinating returns, prep, handovers and compliance while supporting sales leads and enquiries.

You will manage equipment returns, inspections and end-of-hire reconciliations, arrange vehicle delivery, and work with customers, suppliers and dealer networks to grow rental activity. A minimum HR licence with HC upgrade willingness is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations in a similar environment, such as fleet, hire, transport or mechanical services.
• Strong understanding of equipment preparation, returns, inspections, servicing and compliance
• Minimum HR licence and willingness to upgrade to HC
• Confident working with customers, suppliers, contractors and dealer networks
• Comfortable supporting sales activities, such as following up leads and enquiries, preparing quotes and attending new business meetings
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing operational priorities

About The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will oversee daily operations for the ATR truck rental business in South Australia, while also supporting customer growth and business development activity. The role has a strong operational focus, with responsibility across equipment returns, hire preparation, customer handovers, compliance, maintenance coordination and support with local sales leads and enquiries.
