Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in transport, logistics or high‑risk operations.
• Knowledge of heavy vehicle operations including fatigue and load handling.
• Experience with dangerous goods transport and safety management systems.
• Led geographically dispersed teams with frontline leaders.
• Commercial budgeting, forecasting and data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable transport and scheduling across Liberty Rural teams.
• Balance customer priorities with fleet, driver hours and route constraints.
• Establish escalation plans for supply disruptions and incidents.
• Provide operational reporting and recommendations to leadership.
