As Operations Leader - Service Delivery (Civil), you'll take a hands-on leadership role supervising a maintenance crew responsible for delivering essential civil and public domain maintenance services across the Georges River Local Government Area. You'll coordinate daily activities, prioritise workloads and ensure labour, plant, equipment and materials are effectively managed to deliver works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You'll lead and support your crew to achieve strong safety, customer service and operational outcomes, while monitoring work quality and team performance. You'll provide guidance and on-the-job support, ensure compliance with WHS requirements and safe work practices, and build positive relationships with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders.
