Northern Beaches Council is seeking four Crew Member – Maintenance personnel to support the Construction and Maintenance Unit. You will perform general labouring duties, operate plant and equipment, and uphold WHS standards across civil infrastructure projects.
Ideal candidates have concrete, drainage or asphalt experience, a safety-first mindset, and a current White Card with a valid driver’s licence. A willingness to learn and work outdoors is essential.

Title: Crew Member - Maintenance, Permanent - Full-time Role, 38hours per week
Salary Range: $67773.08 to $78763.34 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Transport and Assets: The Transport and Assets division is responsible for a range of functions which support the whole of Council to deliver high quality services to our Northern Beaches bush land, rural and coastal community. The Division comprises these business units - Transport and Civil Infrastructure, Property, Buildings and Beach Services, Asset Strategy and Planning and Capital Works. The Construction and Maintenance Unit provides a range of capital works program management, project management and design services to the organisation and is committed to providing excellent service to our community. The service provides timely and accurate advice and strives to use best practice methods while developing new and innovative solutions to problems in an effective and environmentally sustainable manner.
