Job summary

Findstaff is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day production and drive continuous improvement across the Sydney operation. You will implement lean processes, develop SOPs and embed performance standards while partnering with the General Manager to deliver measurable outcomes.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can optimise ERP-based workflows, coach teams, and build a culture of accountability. A strong track record in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production or manufacturing teams.
• Proven track record in productivity and process improvements.
• Experience with ERP implementations or system improvements.
• Strong planning and leadership skills.
