Aussie Broadband in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex telco programs end to end, coordinating across Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver migrations and launches.

You will bring strong telco delivery leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and a practical approach to managing scope, timelines and risks in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent hybrid role based in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex telco projects end to end.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled telco programs end to end across multiple teams and external partners.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to support informed decisions.
• Support change management and smooth transitions into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain project documentation and governance requirements.
