Job summary

Influential, Publicis Groupe ANZ’s social‑first influencer agency, is hiring an Operations Manager to build the operating foundations of a rapidly growing team. You’ll shape workflows, production processes and smarter ways of working across social management, influencer campaigns and content production.

Based in Sydney, you’ll partner with the General Manager and Creative Director to keep great work moving efficiently, scale operations, and maintain culture and creative energy as the agency

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Traffic, Production or Project Management within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of how agency teams work and how to improve efficiency.
• Natural collaborator who can influence and bring people along.
• Process-driven yet flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with project management software; ZiFlow is a bonus.
• Confident using modern productivity and AI tools (e.g. Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing agency workflows, ways of working and production processes.
• Driving operational efficiency across social, influencer and content production.
• Managing creative workflow and priorities so teams can deliver quickly.
• Supporting resourcing and capacity planning including freelance work.
• Partnering with finance and client teams on scoping, delivery and forecasting.
• Championing smart use of project management and production tools.
• Helping the business scale smoothly while preserving culture and energy.
