Job summary

Publicis Groupe Australia, through Influential, is seeking a Social Media Executive who loves influencers and culture. You will support influencer campaigns, manage social channels, and contribute to community management, reporting, and insights for clients in a dynamic agency setting.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will help grow client communities, craft engaging content, and stay ahead of trends in the Australian influencer landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a client's social media presence and running influencer campaigns.
• Proven ability to work with multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Ability to monitor conversations, manage communities, and provide social insights.

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture client social communities to drive engagement and growth.
• Develop and implement influencer and social media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor conversations and user-generated content, escalating matters as needed.
• Maintain content calendars and assist with copywriting for social content.
• Utilize social analytics tools and provide campaign reporting and insights.
• Demonstrate track record in developing and maintaining influencer and social initiatives.
