It works in an early intervention model that puts young people and their families at the centre of their care. Operated by Barwon Health Mental Health, Drugs and Alcohol Services (MHDAS), the centre works closely with local schools, community agencies and the Colac Community Mental Health Team to make sure young people in the region can get the right support at the right time.
