Job summary

GreenSpace Management is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager for Little Para Golf Course. You will lead by example, work closely with staff, and be involved in daily operations from opening to closing, serving customers and supporting events.

The role offers variety across golf, driving range, mini golf, food and beverage, and venue operations, with a focus on safety, team leadership and service excellence. PGA professionals are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, recreation, retail or venue operations.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining actively involved in daily duties.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and maintenance.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills for competing priorities.
• Current RSA, WWCC and safety certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of golf course, driving range, and mini golf.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage bookings and transactions.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and staff rostering support.
• Coordinate events, catering, and group bookings as needed.
• Assist with venue maintenance, stock control, and safety compliance.
• Support the Facility Manager to achieve targets and revenue.
