Job summary

Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club is seeking a Golf Manager to assist the Golf and Clubhouse Manager in day-to-day operations for The Pines and The Palms courses. You will help drive member satisfaction, coordinate the competition calendar, tee sheets, and cart fleet management.

Ideal candidates will hold PGA Australia membership, have supervisory experience in golf operations, and be adept with golf rules, handicapping, and online booking systems. A flexible, seven-day roster awaits.

Qualifications

Maintain PGA of Australia membership in good standing and active classification.
Experience in golf front-line services and supervisory roles.
Understanding of running golf competitions, rules and handicapping.
Computer literacy and professional email correspondence.

Responsibilities

Oversee golf shop and department operations to ensure member/guest satisfaction.
Assist in annual business planning for the golf department.
Drive profitable retail consistent with demographics and needs.
Assist with fiscal tasks including monthly stock take and planning/forecasting.
Oversee shop policies, controls, assets and resources; roster and inventory management.
Manage cart fleet, driving ranges, WPHS, and tee sheet coordination.
