Job summary

Culinary Wonderland in Sydney seeks a Head of Operations to translate strategy into seamless execution from our Darlinghurst office. You will lead cross‑functional teams to build scalable tech infrastructure and integrate frontier AI tools across internal workflows and user‑facing digital products.

Partnering with the Founder and Co‑CEOs, you will drive KPI‑driven operational plans, oversee content, e-commerce fulfillment, partnerships and events, manage the P&L and optimize costs while

Qualifications

• Experience in start-up or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to build infrastructure and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Interest in chefs, digital media and lifestyle brands.
• Strong collaboration with founders, UX and engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into scalable operational plans and KPIs.
• Drive adoption of AI models to improve efficiency.
• Lead engineering in executing product roadmap goals.
• Oversee content creation, e-commerce fulfillment, partnerships and events.
• Manage vendor relations, negotiations and resource allocation.
