• Establish the operational foundations that help the Digital & Data team scale effectively.
• Improve operational visibility across services, platforms and technology performance.
• Strengthen operational governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Help ensure digital products, data solutions and AI capabilities are operating as expected and within expected cost thresholds.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk and support smarter decision-making.
• Get hands-on with troubleshooting, while working with technology resources across cloud, data and digital disciplines.
