Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field
• CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• Operational finance or manufacturing finance experience
• Strong leadership of finance teams
• Knowledge of SOX controls, governance and compliance
• Experience leading internal and external audits

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Business Partnering team to foster accountability and continuous improvement
• Provide financial leadership and commercial insights to support strategy and profitability
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance and SOX compliance across the business
• Drive working capital performance through cash flow, inventory and process improvements
• Lead finance systems and transformation projects (SAP/CSB) and data integrity
• Manage cross-functional finance projects with a safe, compliant workplace
