JBS Pork Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Finance Manager to lead the Finance Business Partnering team across Port Melbourne or Corowa. The role drives governance, working capital, and decision support for the business with emphasis on profitability and compliance.

You will oversee cross-functional finance projects, ensure SOX compliance, and manage financial systems while promoting a safe, high-performance workplace within a global food company.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience in operational finance or business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Business Partnering team with a high-performance culture.
• Provide financial leadership and commercial insights for decision-making and profitability.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and audit readiness including SOX compliance.
• Drive working capital performance through cash flow management and inventory control.
• Lead finance systems, process improvements, and data integrity across SAP/CSB platforms.
• Support cross-functional finance projects while maintaining WHS compliance.
