Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience in operational finance, business partnering, or manufacturing finance environments.
• Strong leadership experience managing finance teams.
• Sound understanding of financial controls, governance and SOX compliance requirements.
• Experience leading internal and external audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and working capital management.
• Advanced financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Demonstrated understanding of system integrations and financial data integrity.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Business Partnering team, driving a high-performance culture.
• Provide financial leadership and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making and profitability.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance, including SOX requirements and audit readiness.
• Drive working capital performance through cash flow management and inventory control.
• Lead finance systems, process improvement, and transformation projects across SAP and related platforms.
• Manage cross-functional finance projects and promote safe, compliant workplace aligned with WHS policies.
