Job summary

Protech is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to manage daily traffic controller allocations and rosters while coordinating with clients and field teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will assist in recruiting, onboarding and training new staff, maintain compliance with regulations, and support workforce planning with a focus on safety and team culture. Experience in traffic management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination or recruitment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Knowledge of traffic management regulations (preferred)
• Proficiency with Traffio and Microsoft Office
