Job summary

Protech is seeking an energetic Operations Assistant to support field operations and talent acquisition efforts across our busy portfolio in Australia. You will coordinate traffic controller rosters, liaise with clients and teams, and help recruit, onboard and train new staff while upholding safety and compliance.

We value a proactive, organised mindset with strong communication skills and proficiency in Traffio and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination or recruitment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of traffic management regulations (preferred)

• In-field traffic management experience is highly desirable but not essential – we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of traffic management regulations and certifications (preferred)
