Job summary

The Australian Football League (AFL) is hiring a Participation Coordinator to support NAB AFL Auskick, Community Football and School Football programs. You will work across locations to build relationships, coordinate engaging programmes and create pathways for schools, clubs and communities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritise, organise tasks and deliver objectives on time.
• Experience working toward and achieving targets; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation programmes and relationships to attract, transition and retain participants.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with AFL Victoria, Auskick Coordinators, School Ambassadors and clubs.
• Recruit Auskick Coordinators and connect them to the programme.
• Collaborate with teachers and schools to grow School Ambassador numbers.
• Support training of casual staff delivering AFL programmes.
• Book and deliver school programmes across NAB AFL Auskick, Community Football and School Football.
