Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or steel/metal fabrication.
• Experience with job estimation, quoting, or production planning.
• Laser cutting experience highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting/payments apps.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, negotiate pricing and terms, and build relationships.
• Coordinate raw material procurement and inventory for production.
• Organise local and regional delivery of orders to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and issue invoices on completion or milestones.
• Review drawings to estimate production times and costs for laser-cutting projects.
