Job summary

Harvey Norman Booval in Booval, part of the Ipswich region, is seeking a customer-service focused Operations Clerk to join our team and help deliver great service to customers.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handle cash and POS transactions, and support team success through strong communication and organisational skills. Weekend and late trading shifts are required, with a path for career progression within a national brand.

The Harvey Norman Booval Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Operations Clerk to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

To be successful you must:

• Have a passion for retail
• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team enviroment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Be organised and efficient
• Efficient cash handling and POS experience is desirable
• Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
