Job summary

Harvey Norman Booval is seeking a passionate Operations Clerk focused on customer service to join the team delivering Great Service, Always! to customers.

You will work in a busy retail environment, handle cash and POS, resolve customer enquiries, and contribute to a positive, flexible team culture across retail trading hours, including weekends.

The role demands clear communication, eye for detail, reliability, and readiness to learn within Harvey Norman's nationwide brand.

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Be organised and efficient
• Efficient cash handling and POS experience is desirable
• Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
