Mawsons invites applications for the 2027 Operations Cadetship Program, a 10-month opportunity for 18–25 year-olds to gain hands-on experience across concrete, quarries, technical and workshops in regional Victoria. Cadets work with mentors, receive on-site training, and aim for a permanent role on completion based on skills and business needs.

Applicants should be eager to learn, work well in a team, stay safety-focused, and hold a current driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm to work in construction materials, interest in concrete & quarrying.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing on-site tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Current drivers licence is mandatory.
• Total commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Cadets will rotate through four operations areas: concrete, quarries, technical and workshops.
• Cadets receive mentorship and on-the-job training while earning a competitive wage.
