Job summary

Winslow Constructors is recruiting undergraduates and graduates for its Undergraduate/Graduate Civil Engineering Cadets program in Ballarat, VIC. You’ll be in the field from day one, building roads, earthworks, drainage and stormwater systems as you develop on-site skills and project exposure.

The program offers a three-phase path to leadership, with mentorship from experienced professionals and opportunities across Australia.

Qualifications

• Students and recent graduates from Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• Hands-on, site-based work with mentorship.
• Structured graduate program with career progression.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside operators and construction teams during site activities.
• Assist with setting out, surveying and verifying construction works.
• Coordinate drainage, services and structural installations.
• Manage inspection and testing documentation.
• Track production and material usage.
• Engage with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Participate in safety and environmental management processes.
