Play a vital role in keeping our workplace services running smoothly. Help support stock monitoring and control, mail services, meeting-room preparation, catering and stationery deliveries, and general administration across the General Services and Facilities function.
Keep our workplace running smoothly by managing stock, supplies and inventory across the organisation.
Coordinate office operations including stationery, catering and delivery management to ensure teams have what they need to succeed.
Create exceptional meeting and event experiences through room set-up, catering coordination and workplace preparation.
Support essential business services by managing incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining accurate records.
Provide administrative support to the General Services and Facilities team while helping maintain welcoming, functional workplace spaces.
You're an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
You can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You have experience with stock control, inventory management and workplace systems.
You communicate effectively and bring strong administrative and coordination skills.
You thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt easily to changing priorities.
