Job summary

Protech is seeking a recruitment professional in Mackay Regional, Australia, to join a supportive team and work toward an Account Manager path. You will build talent pools, screen candidates, and manage relationships with clients and candidates, while developing skills for progression in the mining and civil sectors.

The role emphasizes flexibility and ongoing development, with mentoring and leadership in PMME.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR in the Mining/Civil industry is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract suitable candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Prepare, write, and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct high-volume screening, interviews, reference checks, and coordinate interview confirmations with clients.
• Build and maintain candidate pools through ongoing market research and engagement.
• Review candidate qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with role and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Deliver high-quality candidate care, ensuring a smooth, professional and timely experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for call activity and candidate engagement.
