Job summary

Protech is seeking Civil Labourers for multiple roles across the Sydney Metro. Ongoing and adhoc work available with shifts Monday to Saturday, with overtime and allowances.

You will spot machinery safely, assist plant operators and site supervisors, and help with fencing, signage, and environmental controls. Australian Working Rights and a White Card are essential, with a current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Australian Working Rights
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Minimum 6 months civil industry experience
• RII and/or VOC Tickets essential for operator roles

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Monday to Friday + Saturday (as required)
• $$ + Overtime + Allowances + Super
• Both Ongoing and Adhoc Work Available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Spotting machinery and ensuring safe work around services
• Assisting plant operators and site supervisors
• Installation of fencing, signage, flagging and environmental controls
• General site clean-up and housekeeping

Desireable Tickets:

• Electrical (Overhead Powerlines) Spotter Ticket
• Plant Safety Observer/Spotter Ticket
• Work At Heights Ticket
• Confined Space enter and rescue Ticket (Refreshed in the last 2 years)
• Elevated Work Platform
• Roller Operator
• Telehandler / Manitou
• Watercart Operation
• Excavator Operator Detail, GPS and/or Final Trim

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Australian Working Rights
• Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Minimum6-months experience in civilindustry
• Strong work ethic, reliable with apositive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and work independently when required
• RII and/or VOC Tickets (essential for operator roles)
