North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation in Mackay QLD is seeking an Operations and Security Administrator to support the front counter, coordinate service requests and manage port access requirements. You will respond to enquiries, maintain records and assist port users, contractors and visitors with access procedures.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Port Operations, the Operations and Security Administrator is the first point of contact for the Operations Team, providing administration, front counter and customer service support across various functions.
Day to day you will respond to enquiries, coordinate service requests, maintain records, facilitate the issuing of Port passes and assist port users, contractors and visitors with port access requirements, working to established procedures with support and training provided.
