Australian Vintage is seeking an experienced Operations Administration Manager to lead the Buronga Hill Winery site administration team. You will oversee production administration, dispatch, transport coordination, reception, vineyard administration, accounts support and scheduling, ensuring support across all operations.
The role requires hands-on leadership, process improvement, and strong data integrity across systems, with a focus on service standards for internal and external stakeholders.

Australian Vintage is seeking an experienced Operations Administration Manager to join our Buronga Hill Winery team.
The role provides leadership to the site administration team while maintaining overall accountability for the performance, coordination and continuous improvement of the administration function. Responsibilities include production administration, customer dispatch and transport coordination, reception, vineyard administration, accounts support and Vintage Fruit Intake Scheduling, ensuring effective support across all operational departments.
Operating as a hands-on leader, the Operations Administration Manager will actively contribute to the day-to-day delivery of administrative services while driving process consistency, maintaining data integrity and fostering strong service standards for both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience coordinating multiple administrative functions while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational support.
Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing administrative process improvements.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Demonstrated experience using ERP systems such as JDE and operational systems such as Innovint or similar.
Understanding of production administration, dispatch documentation, inventory administration and transport coordination.
Sound understanding of purchase order and invoice administration processes.
Demonstrated leadership and people management capability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
