Job summary

Resources Safety and Health Queensland in Parkhurst, QLD is seeking an Administration Officer to support the Coal Mines Inspectorate in its mission to achieve Zero Serious Harm for Queensland's resource workers. The role provides high-quality administrative support and timely, accurate information to internal stakeholders, other agencies, industry representatives and the public.

You will coordinate travel, events and workshops, manage assets and records, and assist with financial and facilities

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Office 365 skills including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication via telephone and email.
• Administrative support experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage travel arrangements for a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Coordinate events, forums and workshops across the region.
• Provide direct support to facilitators to ensure delivery.
• Manage assets and maintain registers; records management.
• Support financial and facilities administration; ensure policy compliance.
