Job summary

Stellar Recruitment Pty is seeking an experienced Safety Officer or Safety Administrator for a site-based role in the Blackwater/Emerald region within Queensland. The role supports safety, health and compliance activities across site teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating site health assessments, developing Health Management Plans, maintaining records, and advising on safety reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Safety Officer, Safety Administrator, HSE Administrator or similar.
• Demonstrated experience with site health assessments.
• Experience working with Health Management Plans.
• Strong administration and document management skills.
• Understanding of site-based safety and compliance requirements.
• Confident communication with a range of stakeholders.
• Mining, resources or construction experience highly regarded.
• Standard 11
• Available to drive in and out of site.

Safety Officer / Safety Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Safety Officer or Safety Administrator to support a site-based operation in the Blackwater/Emerald region.

This role would suit someone with previous experience working in a safety or health administration function within mining, resources, construction or another operational environment.

A key requirement of the position is previous experience with site health assessments and Health Management Plans.

About the role

Working closely with site teams and key stakeholders, you will provide day-to-day support across safety, health and compliance activities.
