Job summary

Australian Secret Intelligence Service is seeking an Operational Technology Communication Capability Manager to bridge operational requirements with technical delivery. You will own the capability lifecycle, work with stakeholders to elicit needs, translate them into functional specs and oversee from concept to decommissioning.

You will manage the capability roadmap, identify gaps, collaborate with Program Delivery Managers, and ensure seamless transition with robust documentation and training

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery of technical capabilities in government or high-security settings.
• Proven track record across full capability lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and present risk options to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement as primary liaison between operation leads and technical teams.
• Product management of complex capabilities from concept to decommissioning.
• Delivery management to identify gaps and coordinate new capabilities with delivery teams.
• Technical writing and QA, ensuring governance, docs, and training materials.
