Job summary

Decipher Bureau is seeking an OT Security Project Manager to drive a major cyber security transformation for an Australian energy and critical infrastructure client. The role sits between on-site engineers and the broader security program, ensuring OT security controls are delivered on time and on budget without disrupting live operations.

You’ll lead multi-site projects across generation facilities, embed security into daily workflows, and report to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' project management experience, including OT/ICS cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering projects within critical infrastructure environments.
• Solid understanding of the SOCI Act, with AESCSF experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT security projects across multiple generation sites.
• Embed security into day-to-day operational workflows with site managers.
• Collaborate with security architects, engineers and vendors to implement controls.
• Own project governance - tracking milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Prepare documentation and governance updates for executive stakeholders.
